I’m Will, the human behind this little creation called ‘My Bold Body’.
One of my biggest passions, has always been to help people on the journey of self-improvement to achieving the goals they want. I understand that life is a very complex journey, and certain things can often get overwhelming.
I created My Bold Body as a place to be able to share tips, guides, and resources to help people out on the different aspects of daily living. From things like easy exercise programs you can do from the comfort of your house, to cheap, easy and healthy recipes, to self-care ideas, weekly motivation, personal growth tips, and much more.
